Vehicle Insurance Claim

Hi<br> <br> My reference number is ***?.<br> <br> I recently met with a vehicle accident, and I logged a claim. Please note that my report isn't against Nyasha Madzingira (Nyasha is only the claims service consultant). I was contacted by a representative from the panel beater yesterday indicating that he has been given the approval to proceed ordering the parts however not all the parts will be original. I cannot allowed that and will not accept it, I pay your company a monthly premium,nowhere in your contract did you stipulate that certain parts will not be original, instead inferior (alternate) parts. I will not accept my vehicle if inferior parts are purchased and fitted.on the vehicle. I only want original parts to be fitted and I want proof of the invoice from the panel beater of all the parts that had to be replaced. Don't be a bunch of *******!!!! I won't hesitate to file a lawsuit against AON. <br> <br> I expect this matter to be attended with celerity.<br> <br> Thank you
