Vehicle claim insurance payout not paid out

Hello Peter, my name is Thuthuka Londa Koloane, my contact number/email is ********** 668/ ********** , I have a car insurance with AON, on the 10th of September 2017 my car was written off in an accident. On the 26th of September 2017 my claim was approved and I was informed my settlement amount would be paid in two weeks from then, which should have been the 10th of October 2017. I have been waiting for the pay out ever since. I've been calling them every two /three days, and they keep promising me or throwing me from A to B with no real solution or explaination. I need that money to buy another car ASAP as I work on site and travel extensively. The AON agent I've been speaking to is Mr Williams, he's contact number is (060) ********** , the claim number is C192376, I'm really powerless now and need your help with getting my money.
