Unresolved claim

My household gods were being moved from Jwaneng, Botswana to Bloemfontein on 24/25 March 2017. The removals truck was broken into during the early hours of 25 March at Klerksdorp Ultra City and some of my possessions were ******.

Until today my claim remains unresolved, and there is no regular feedback from AON. For me to get any feedback I have to dig for it. I was told last Tuesday (31/10/2017) that an assessor would contact me; six days later that has still not happened, and AON is not telling me anything.
