********* practices for savings

My house was burgled in October, I opened a police case and informed my insurence AON, the assessor was sent to my place a week later. The lady left an inventory list for me to fill in. I sent it to her via e-mail the next day. 3 weeks later, i get a payment notification of R4186, of which i had claimed R7500, i tried to call to call the consultant that was handling my claim to no avil. Later in the day,I received a mail from the assessor with an attachement for me to sign to conclude the claim as i have paid out. I refused to sign the document, asked for an explanation of how the claim resulted in R4186, the lady said that she had changed my inventory list to recent market value. I asked her to send me a copy, she did. I found that she had inflated the value and even added items that i do not own. When i called her to understand why she did this, she said because I am a manager with 3 boys, there's no way i could have less valued inventory. This means that the inventory is based on my work title and the amount of children i have. This is ********* and **********.
