Third party excess claim issues

In November 2015 a car drove out of a petrol station directly into the side of our vehicle. We have been trying to get Aon to facilitate the reimbur*****t of out excess from the third party insurer. Our reference number is : 281MV*** .<br> <br> We have emailed Aon on numerous occasions ( 13/11/2015,17/12/2015,15/01/2015,12/04/2015,30/06/2015) with no success. Cherrol has ignored our last email and has been absolutely unhelpful in the ones prior to that. This has now dragged on for 9 months and is completely unacceptable service.<br> <br> There has been absolutely no follow up communication from Aon regarding any progress throughout the whole ordeal.<br> <br> We will definitely tell everyone we know that Aon is a sub par insurer.
