Third Party Claim Rejection Against Howden insured by AON
A company car ***ned by Howden) drove and hit my car which was parked, i did not have an insurance on my car, i have put my third party claim and it was rejected based on the fact that the driver was running away from hijackers and damage my car as result of emergency and i should be liable for the damages. is this a fair rejection.
