The worst communication brokers in a Third party claim

As the insurance brokers for the City of Cape Town you guys are pathetic. I sent an email on the 17 October and to date no response received. I called I get sent from pillar to post no one knows what they talking about or what they doing. Zamathula Sibanda blatantly does not respond to emails. Can someone please provide feedback as to how far my claim is as the City of Cape Towns insurance brokers.
