Terrible service

<p>I have on numerous occasion tried to contact and follow up with AON insurance to release my payment without any luck. It is more than 3 months already that this claim has been processed. These people do not even have turn-around times / SLA to measure their service. This is the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. They don’t care about customer experience and service. Clearly they only want money coming in not going out. They will ignore your calls and e-mails on purpose. This company needs professionals and dedicated staff members who know what they are doing.</p> <p> </p>
