SHOCKING SERVICE
We submitted documents to Aon on 22.9.15 for a third party insurance claim. We have done nothing but follow on this claim. When we did not get any service from the claims clerk dealing with this (Dora Aphane) claim we spoke to the manager (Charlotte) and still this has not been resolved. The cash release was sent to us on 7.10.15 and she told that it would be actioned on that day. I followed up this morning 9.10.15 only to be asked by Dora whether I had sent the cash release. I told her it was sent on 7.10.15. She then had to go thru her emails (beyond ridiculous) and told me that this could not be actioned as she needed a form from the bank stating that this was indeed the account holder. The company motto is<br> \Exceptional service and advanced technology if what gives us "The Edge\"". There is NO exceptional service as we have had to follow up all the time and if people in the company are NOT reading their emails what is the advanced technology and what does \""The Edge\"" stand for. Do they not care about Third Party claims as we are not their clients. What kind of exceptional service is that??? I explained that the cars hatch opens time its driven which is dangerous."""
