Sales consultants unavailable - pathetic service
Was unable to get hold of your staff that are assigned to my policy. We had to go with a different insurance company all because your staff was offline for 3 hours and no other team member waa able to assist.
Investec could not even escalate or get hold of any one to assist with a SALE!
Really pathetic service. This was not even for a claim!
