Roadside assistance
REF: 18- ********** . I requested roadside assistance for a flat battery, and few minutes later i received an sms saying i must settle the account. When i called in again, the guy who answered the call said my cover was cancelled in 2014. How? I got roadside assistance in 2017, who then paid for it? This is very frustrating, so does it mean i must always have money to pay the service providers and claim it back once policy is validated? I didn't have money with me so i cancelled and had to make other means to get the car to start. This is frustrating when you thought you can have peace of mind knowing you are covered. Imagine if i was stranded at night with no money? This is the first time i have an issue in the last 8 years with you and i've stayed because i never had issues and do't want to be frustrated when i report something.
