Refusal to pay our municple accepted damage

aon has refused to pay out a claim that city parks has put through regarding damage to my property by aon. people who read my complaint please DO NOT INSURE WITH AON. i am totally and utterly disgusted by their lack of customer service as well as a sudden refusal on a claim. the claim is for city parks in jhb and the tree belonging to them which has its roots growing into my property and causing damage to it. its my property ****** and quiet frankly even the regional manager of city parks agrees that their tree is causing the damage. but gedeon seems to think he knows too much and has after almost a month refused to pay out. it has caused +-R105000 damage to my property and it is clearly visible where the roots are coming from yet he denies this. i mean common sense is lacking. aon seems to have a no care attitude as i cannot even file a proper complaint with them. terrible service all round.
