Poor to no service

On 2/01/2017, a guinea fowl flew into my windscreen, causing it to shatter. Within minutes I called to submit the claim. A very friendly consultant took my details as well as the details of the incident, informing me that a claims consultant will contact me shortly.

On 3/12/2017 at about 9:00 I called again. After being put through to 3 people and subsequently being put on hold for 3 times (for about 10-15minutes each time), someone once again took my details, promising to call me back. I also took her direct number to follow up with her directly, should it be necessary. At 15:30 I once again had to call. I phoned the lady's direct number but got put through to the switchboard. This lady put me through to someone else. After telling the whole story AGAIN, things sounded promising. She put me through to someone else, AGAIN. Then the call went dead. Not sure whether it was a dropped call of whether the phone was put down in my ear.

I would like to sort out this claim ASAP. Submitting a claim should not be such a hassle, especially for such a relatively "small" problem. This is quite frustrating, and rather unprofessional. I would expect a reputable business like AON to have a much more streamlined claims process.
