Poor Service from COJ Claims Department

I am busy going through the process of claiming from the Johanneburg Roads Agency for damage caused to my vehicle due to potholes.

My claim has been handed to AON and in particular, Tshepo Seduke. My claim has been with AON for over a month with zero correspondence from Tshepo. I have emailed countless times to get feedback on this process but my emails receive no replies.

To say that this is frustrating and completely unprofessional is an understatement. This is surely not how a "leading global professional services firm" operates. I really expected better of AON.
