Poor service - delay in paying claim

<p>This is a JRA claim. I have been dealing with Tshepo Seduke. 2weeks ago I sent through the Release document for payment. Till today I have had no feedback. I sent him emails and he doesnt respond. I called him yesterday and he promised me feedback by COB yesterday and still nothing. This is pathetic! If I do not get feedback today I will lay a complaint on your international website and take this to social media. Claim number: ********** 8</p>
