POOR FORM ALL ROUND

after 27 years and 3 small claims, I called them and said my Kindle was damaged and would it be worth claiming for it.. They assured me as it was damaged at home and because it was specified it would be worth claiming and I had to get 2 quotes.<br> quotes were R3700.00. R1800.00 was paid into my account. the reason was that the original specified value was R1800.00 and I never increased that quote. And because it was a specified Item could not be claimed under household items.<br> I am furious.<br> So for that claim I going from a Level 7 being the best client ever to a level 5, My premium increased and I don't have a Kindle as that is double the price I was paying<br> I am very cross. and see why people have to cheat on insurance claims just to get back what they had in the first place. where is the integrity and good will. reaaly after 27 years, they should have replaced my Kindle.
