Pathetic service
I used Biddiluphs to move my furniture from Johannesburg to Nelspruit. They damaged my headboard, table, pedestal, fridge and my perfume went missing. I took insurance (AON) with them however they want to repay me R9594. They use AON to insure your goods and then AON is telling me that the insurance is saying the settlement as provided is generous. I bought my fridge in November 2022 and they want to replace the door. I got the perfume as a gift in February 2023, it went missing and they want to pay R500 for the perfume thats worth R2300.
