Pathetic
Aon moved our insurance over to a different insurer and advised via written communication that I would not be debited since the insurance moved over however to my surprise I was debited on the 01st by both Aon and the other insurer. I called in and spoke to Busi who promised this would be sorted and by Monday latest my money would be back in my account , Monday has come and gone and still nothing , empty promises is all they have. Sort this out!
