IRP-5 submission

<p>When submitting my income tax through e-filing I found a IRP-5 from AON Umbrella fund submitted on my tax number. I am being audited by SARS and tried to follow the IRP-5 up with AON. I was transferred from HR to Payroll and back again (on 5 seperate occasions). My details have been taken down on 3 seperate occasions, but yet no one has returned my phone call. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need to know what the IRP-5 is for? Where is this money and what is it for and where is it from? And is this the way they treat customers - what if you are 65 and need to claim your provident fund?</p>
