Horrible Service
It has been more that 3 weeks since I sent the release form for payment to be made. The staff at AON is very disrespectful , rude and ***********. They have no idea of what customer centricity mean and its objective as it relates to every business strategy. Tshepo Seduke does not respond to e-mail and neither returns calls. He purposely avoids responding to customers furthermore I once spoke to Bongani Zulu who is the most rudest person that I have come across. These two guys are bringing the company into disrepute. The don’t take accountability or responsibility of the work, they come to work to chill and do nothing. Having said that is there anybody at AON who is competent and professional enough to assist with my complaint because it seems that the culture of this company is laziness , unprofessionalism and disrespect is the name of the game. Should I then resort to other options of complaints such as Facebook, Twitter, Hellopeter , Insurance Ombuds , etc before anybody can assist me?...
