HASSLE FREE CLAIM: NO CROSS QUESTIONING AS TO WHAT HAPPENED
I recently lost my laptop bag with a laptop, its charger, external hard drive, cell phone etc. They were in my car. Believe me I do not know what happened because I have been extra vigilant with the car jamming as I was once jammed, fortunately I was aware of that particular jam (as I have been vigilant). AON with Santam never gave me a hassle, they just wanted a case number that's all, no questioning, nothing, when I say nothing I mean nothing. the claim was very smooth, Ms Lettie Ndaba made it easy for me. The insurance is expensive but it worth all the cents. I don't even give the other ensurers a chance to compare.
