Excellent Service

A few weeks ago I was cancelling my policy with Aon and had to get a NCB letter. I was assisted by Rasesh Singh, his service was of such high standard that I reconsidered cancelling my policy without him even having to ask/convince me to stay.<br> <br> I again called in this morning for administrative assistance what a pleasure the call was. He listens to the query and even remembers dealing with you before, really makes you feel like a valued customer. The query is handled speedily and accurately without having to be transferred from one person to the next. This is just what a person wants when calling a service provider and even more important if that service provider is in the Insurance Industry.<br> <br> Rasesh will forgive me but I will from now on make him my point contact at AON for everything.<br> <br> Thank you Rasesh and I have no doubt that everyone that has dealt with you has experienced this level of service.
