Excellent Brokers

I have insurance with AON ,brokers for Santam and I must say...i have only used one other insurance before i joined them and i feel i should have known about them soonest. This review is about AON brokers and in particular my allocated broker Lungile Mavundla. This lady is the best.

She took time to understand me and she listens , all the time. She is always there. Guiding and assisting. Making sure my claims are followed up on.

She calls me when there is a need. And explains to me all the processes and what needs to happen. Keeps me updated all the time. We have built a very nice relationship and I want AON to know that she is going beyond her call of duty and treat me extremely well. She is frank and honest with her advice and interactions. I really appreciate her.

It is this type of customer service that even with increasing premium, i will always stay because I know i am well taken off.
