hi ive been dealing with Santam Aon for over 3months now due to third party claim. they have been useless and has no customer service experience they are lazy never gets back to you. Bontle is the worst person to assist attitude and no telephone equity. no one ever calls back. the service i received as a non` client is perthetic and will never ever ever deal with them again. should anything happened and i have to claim 3rd party and its santam id rather just pay because they are the worse insurance. THEY JUST **** AROUND
