Delay after delay to the point it seems to be a financial issue

A litany of excuse as to why an approved claim cannot be paid. And some downright pathetic - the bank code is wrong, yet the supp**** documentation had it correctly. Their clerk couldn't transcribe it for some reason. That took a week to sort that out. I am two months later awaiting a payment their own rep said would take 2 weeks to reflect. Steer clear if you have the opportunity
