Cost me money

I had to pay R3030.00 last month because someone either from aon or Sizwe medical aid didn't do their job. We submitted forms in time and they didn't deduct the money they were suppose to and we had to the above amount in order for us to start having benefits. Now they decided not to deduct their money again this month that will leave us again with a huge bank hole. These people are playing with our insurance. Next thing we won't have any cover because of these people who don't WANT to do their jobs. If I can get the managers numbers it will help us a lot of both AON and SIZWE MEDICAL AID
