Claim still not paid

I submitted a claim to AON and it was approved and ready to be paid out on 7 April 2015. By 14 April 2015 I had not received my money and I inquired about when it will be paid out. they advised that payment take 3 to 5 working days. It is the 22nd of April today and after listening to terrible music for more than 30min with 3 different consultants, the money has still not been paid out!! I was told by the consultant to just wait...... I have waited for more then 2 weeks!!!
