Cancellation of short term insurance policy

I've been notified by Aon that Santam have cancelled my insurance policy due to \high loss ratio and poor claims experience since inception of the policy"in 2009.Unfortunately over the past few yrs I had some bad luck and had to claim for a burglary and a motor vehicle that was written off. Surely that is why we have insurance. I pointed out to the Aon representative that I've been a loyal customer and insured for more than 35 yrs by them ( through different brokers) and not only from inception of this policy in 2009. All my previous personal and business insurances over the past 35+ yrs (incl 12 franchised restaurants"
