Cancellation of Santam By-Preference Policy

After relocating to JHB 2 yrs ago, we had car ******, burgled, 2 car accidents (caused by 3rd parties) and damage to property by lightning. Prior to claiming I called AON each time to check that losses we're claimable and was told yes. At no time were we informed that we were at risk of policy cancellation. We experienced an unfortunate streak of disasters beyond our control which caused us much distress and financial setback. Last week, AON calls to warn that Santam intend to cancel our policy and requesting permission to re-broker. Today I am informed that, the cancellation is going ahead in 30 days and they have been unsuccessful in re-brokering because \other insurers won't touch you". After cancellation on 30 Jun I'm told \""You will be un-insurable\"". AON have ruined what was a 40+ year relationship with former Glenrand MIB & my family. There is no humanity"
