Broker delaying the process by over 6 months.

I left my company over 6 months ago, Aon "playing broker"did not do my off boarding correctly. Now 6 months and 2 weeks later, they are the only ones delaying the process. My employer, myself and the insurance company all waiting on the broker. Oddly I am only looking at having the funds put into a preservation fund, the insurance company have confirmed they waiting for Aon instruction since August, the employer has confirmed they gave instruction when I left in April. To slow matters down is Aon representative only responds once a week.
