I had a wonderful experience with Ignatius Mphakathi when he called me for the annual renew of my insurance policy. Unlike most insurances he made me understand every little detail as well as understanding my needs and how to make sure I have met them Great service and we need more people like him in the customer service industry. People with passion for their work.
