Bad service

My claim number is JRA/017/10/2017nb ,I was referred to a claims service advisor by the name of Tshepo Seduke. I have been phoning this guy and sending him emails about my claim and every time I talk to him he keeps on telling me I will get the response the next day but nothing happens.my claim was submitted by JRA on the 2nd of Nov 2017 to Aon but never got any call from them regarding my claim and when I call them the guy said I must do the follow up as they can't call anyone of which I later did but to my surprise I have to remind the guy everyday.I am pleading to hellopeter to help me find out what's happening with my claim and why am I being fooled by someone like this because I can see this game they are playing is gonna take forever if I don't bring it up to the right people.I need that money .thanks.
