i have been having a problem with AON Polokwane. i am having a problem with my roof so i contacted AON and they said i should get the house assessed and the problem was diagnosed and i sent a quotation for the roof to be fixed and now their insurance which is Old Mutual Insure and they rejected my claim. I had a problem with the rejection so I called AON to complain and well the person I talked to is Phineas Tlomatsan who made it very clear to me that he is not going to answer any question and was shouting at me, I even asked for a copy of that phone call and he refused saying he does not owe me any explanations what so ever. The challenge I am having with my claim is that prior to Aon getting me an insurance they did not assess the house and now this is supposed to be my problem.
