Good day I send a letter to my insurance on 18 September to change my address for my house contents which they did not do After I had a discussion as well as a follow up email on how to change my details Since beginning of September I was plagued by ******* outside my house I had a strange feeling to update my insurance I lived on this premises for 6 years with no problems. After the first attempt I hire a guard with a dig The night when he was nit on duty I had a burglar in my house Ons month after the order to my insurer I dis not check whether it was dine because you mormally expects your insurer will do as said Now I cannot lodge a claim and the reason is wrong address The insurer do not come back to me with any answer! We are paying our insurance for many many years and we are not claiming on a regular basis!
