AON DO NOT DELIVER A SATISFACTORY SERVICE
I put in a claim on the 17th February 20. 3 Days later an assessor arrived at my home. I started calling the day after their assessment was done and was told they were waiting for the report to be sent to them. I also checked with the company who did the assessment and it was confirmed that the report was already submitted. (Peter and Paul clearly did not communicate properly with one another. ) Well, since then it only went downwards. I was promised on a few occasions that the senior account manager would call me back. That did not happen. Today again, i called just before lunch time. This time i was again put on hold for more than 6 minutes - which is standard practise with them it seems when they try to locate a person. I was informed that they received the report and that it might be wear-and-tear.... which it is not as it is a fairly new piece of equipment. After a week of no service and no action - i am now left without an approved claim. Calling it wear-and-tear is the simplest way to not approve a claim. AON, your call centre service is really terrible !!! Your staff are polite and apologise - exactly as they script tells them to do, but there is NO SERVICE from them hen one tries to claim. You have wasted a week of my time! That is way too long for a claim outcome. And by the way - this was an emergency claim. NO CLAIM SHOULD TAKE OVER A WEEK TO EVEN GIVE FEEDBACK TO A CLIENT. If I did not call you - i still would not have had feedback from you.
