AON and Risima(****a) house insurance

I took a house insurance with AON through Risima housing development which i took home loan from them paying R780.00 premium for insurance paying by stop oder, so my property damaged by storm I lodged a claim with AON polokwane Limpopo they told I must get quotation from a contractor which I did they even Aon sent their assessor to assess damage I gave him assessor a quote afterwards they told me ( AON and assessor) that my quote from my contractor is inflated they will send contractor from AON database which I agreed and their contractor came did damage assessment and gave them quotation Aon and assessor as I was checking with them about the claims progress AON ended up telling me I must no longer talk to them I must talk to Risima housing development when I go to Risima they can't even help the managers are not always there only interns AON told they sent Risima report on the 2nd of June after I wrote e-mail to AON ea**** this week to tell them about my intentions to take legal actions which I'm in process with them is when AON branch manager responds to me telling me about 2nd of June report which Risima did not send it to me ,I have never even received policy documents from AON since they started taking my money.
