Always an excuse not to cover you - paying a premium for nothing

I have now dealt with them on two occasions and on each occasion they had a way out or an excuse not to cover us. All I can say is DON'T use them, you will not have peace of mind. If they cannot cover you for the small things imagine the big things like a car being ******/crashed or house burning down, you will be down and out without a cent to back you up. Terms and conditions apply, the famous cop out. I used outsurance before joining AON and they were fantastic, my car got ****** and they paid out within 4 days without any drama. Guess who I will be returning you.

AON is great at understanding why you are upset and always apologises but at the end of the day that doesn't cover the loss.

So sorry AON I understand that you are useless and very apologetic but you are not worth a cent anyone pays towards a premium with you.
