A perfect model of incompetence

I guess this is the only way to get service from this disappointing brand.

Can someone come look at the power surge damage to my garage motor please. It's been sitting open since Saturday (when I actually asked for assistance). There are no messages on texts on my phone to indicate you actually tried to contact me.

This is by far the worst insurance I've ever dealt with. You would be a great model of incompetence as a short term insurance organization. Thank goodness my car and contents are not covered with you!
