Unsolicited charges

<p>We have an ADSL VIOP contract with Annecto Telecom, which is a fixed rate. They blocked our outgoing calls and told us we now have to purchase airtime to enable outgoing calls. They are unreachable by phone and do not respond to emails. A big red flag is going up with this company.</p>
