Total malfunction and zero response

<p>Annecto sold slick promises of lower than what we are paying, better internet, multiple calls etc. etc. etc. We are a business that stand to lose millions and it seems they are not bothered. Phone service requests and fault reporting is ignored, when we ask them to remove their equipment they throw Centrafin rental agreement in our face. Seems they are set on delivering bad service. Their equipment is now a total failure, calls are dropped the moment you answer, none of our customers can get through, and any potential clients are put off not being able to contact us, which damages our reputation, our products start at ZAR 250,000.00 and top level systems can be well over 2 million. I hope they respond to this complaint.</p>
