No Service Delivery

We are a used car dealership in the Western Cape and had an entire telephone system installed by Annecto with promises of savings and better service delivery. Since the installation the was done in Oct 2014, we have had nothing but problems. After logging yet another complaint on Monday I received a very rude email from someone in the complaints department saying that we havent had that many issues. I have email proof of over 50 pages of communications with the company of various issues in the time we have been with them. I have had to log 4 different issues this week alone. I have only received 1 response from the company this being the rude and unnecessary. Since then I havent even received confirmation of tickets logged. They also refuse to furnish us with a contract.<br> Further more we still have not received all hardware as set out in the contract, and it took them 14 months to finish the installation at our second branch.<br> <br> Seeing as they are not a company that responds, I thought it good for other businesses to be warned before signing any contracts with them, as you cannot get out of a contract once you have signed
