No service

Annecto have been in breach of contract since the beginning. We have NOT received all the equipment that we have been billed for at both branches. Our George Str branch was suppose to get a DSL line installed which has not happened to date. That specific branch has now been down for over a month due to programming. I have logged over 5 tickets for techs to come out but no one gets dispatched. We want the system now removed and the old system reimplimented as your comonay is useless and the client means nothing to your company. We will be stopping and reversing the debit order.....
