Breath of fresh air

<p>I am a part of an international development consultancy. Call quality and high speed, secure internet is absolutely crucial to us as we receive correspondence from international clients and sister companies on a daily basis.</p> <p>We’ve been with Annecto Telecom a little under a year now, with the obvious up and downs. Rest assured, considering the high demand of our industry, Mr Lyle Petersen has been extremely accommodating and pulled through on promises without fail.</p> <p>This morning I received a phone call from the technical team to advise me that they are busy dealing with the lines that are dropping before I even realised there was a problem.</p> <p>I am super impressed with the dedication of the Annecto team to their clientele – always going beyond what is expected and making sure that their customers are kept in the loop of any hiccups. I am very grateful. It makes my job a hundred times easier. </p> <p>A breath of fresh air to the telecommunications industry.</p>
