Anglo Medical Scheme is a ****. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I was seriously injured in a car accident and spent several weeks in hospital, unable to move or speak. Because of my condition, I couldn't contact my medical aid to obtain pre-authorisation for my treatment. After I was discharged, Anglo Medical Scheme refused to pay several of my medical expenses due to the lack of pre-authorisation. I was left to pay a large hospital bill myself and received payment demands from multiple healthcare providers. Despite having medical aid, I was left with substantial debt after an emergency that was completely beyond my control.

AMS does not want to pay a claim they keep claiming unclear imaagw
I have submitted a claim twice now, claims dot keeps saying the image is unclear and I have scanned the reciept twice now nothing is unclear about the reciept that I am sending but they keep saying the image is unclear, is it to avoid paying the claim
