Worst supper at ANATS EVER!

We went for supper at Anat in kenilworth Centre it was the worst experience ever... We ordered two wraps one beef one chicken... Both wraps was pathetically made I basically only had the petta bread there wasn't even enough filing just tasted dough... The chicken was hard dry and tasteless the beef was stiff.. I even found a piece of bone in my chicken and I know that is rare a 1 out of a 100 chance but unfortunately it happened I had so little filling I could count the beef an chicken pieces this is unacceptable for even your guys standed... So now my question is what is going to be done by this sad event
