Anat Clearwater Mall DISSAPOINTED
I ordered two beef shawarmas from Anat at Clearwater Mall , and unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. By the time the shawarmas arrived, they were barely edible. The sauce had split, there was hardly any taste of the vegetables, the meat was very scarce, and to make matters worse, the food was ice cold and to top it all it was not what I ordered This was a very unpleasant experience and certainly not what I expected from a restaurant. I paid for a meal that I could barely eat, and the quality was simply unacceptable. I will definitely not be ordering from Anat Clearwater Mall again. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them, and I hope management takes these complaints seriously and addresses the poor food quality and preparation.

ANAT CLEARWATER MALL IS PATHETIC!
At 20:00 on 24/9/2026 I've ordered a beef schwarma from ANAT CLEARWATER MALL. When the Uber driver arrived, it was icecold. The dough was still raw and there were 2 blobs of meat, actually sinew, that wasn't even fried. The brinjal was burnt beyond recognition. We immediately lodged a complaint with Uber eats, who is ignoring us. Then we started to try and get hold of the specific ANAT. We called till after 21:30, they close at 22:00 according to their information. The number WAS NOT AVAILABLE. This morning I tried again to no avail. I then called the head office of ANAT whereas they gave me the email address of the franchise owner for that specific Anat. I've sent Maggie an email at 12:00 today. No feedback! This is pathetic from ANAT CLEARWATER MALL, Maggie the owner as well as from UBER EATS. I'm done with ANAT. I wish I could share the photo of the disgusting schwarma

Disgusting staff and food is unclean
Management need to check on their staff. The place is disgusting. Already ordered my food and realised how unkempt and dirty everything is. I'm already feeling nauseous, I hope just from eating those three bites, I'm not going to be sitting in the loo. Sevice is deplorable. This establishment needs to close down 👎
