Worst Service from ANAT ever

Anats head office employs ************* people. I have awaited my refund since August and they keep promising me things to an extent that this morning I was told that the person I was dealing with has left, his manager whom I spoke to is not in. The finance lady is also not to be trusted as she has never reformed any of my calls. The people namely Dural, Lucille and Constanse are highly *********** and I can with ease say that they are the most useless employees. It's been two months I've been calling and they led to me...
