Tiny portion of poor quality food for outrageous price!

I have always enjoyed Anat, since I discovered them in Cape Town, so I was excited to see that one had opened up in Clearwater Mall. What a disappointment, though, when I bought a lamb scharmma yesterday for the shockingly expensive price of R125, only to discover that that got me a pita bread filled with 2 s****s of salad and a tiny scattering of bad quality lamb (which included tendons), which filled up only half the pita. I used to buy 2 schwarmas at a time with meat overflowing from the pita, which I loved. This was not the schwarmas I remember, so I immediately took it back and asked for a refund. The manager/owner refused, however. The only option they offered me was to add a bit more beef to fill up the scharmma a bit more, which I had no choice, but to take. They reassured me that multiple customers had complained about the prices and portion sizes, but that there was nothing they could do about it. Watch yourself lose money Anat, since you clearly don't care about providing quality or reasonable prices. Outrageous!
