Shocking service

I phoned the Clearwater branch at 5.15 on Mon 24/12 to ask what time they closed , a lady answered and told me 7pm , I would assume you would only start closing at 7 pm , am 8 correct ? We arrived at 6.45 and they were closing . I spoke to the owner who didn’t appear perturbed that we were given the incorrect info , he shrugged his shoulders . ....... I won’t order from them again not because of what happened BUT because we are experiencing extreme heat at the moment the meat was left on the skewers with wax wrap ( it can and will probably be slightly off when they reopen on the 26 th , the same goes for the fillings they were just sealed with glad wrap and left there , not in a fridge ? I this heat ...so maybe it was a good thing I did see this and didn’t get to eat .........
