Raw meat

Utterly disgusted by the service (or lack thereof) at ANAT Eastgate mall. The manager and staff are always so unfriendly and rude. Worse of all on 04/12/2019 the chicken in my shawarma was raw. When I went back, I got an attitude from the male staff member and had to request an apology from the manager as he didn't feel it necessary to do so on his own. Needless to say, the second round was not cooked properly either. I don't know how a reputable franchise like ANAT can employ such *********** people.
